SINGAPORE STOCKS SIGNALS : BlackRock to sell Asia Square Tower 1 for $3.4 bil

SINGAPORE (June 6): Qatar's sovereign riches store, Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), has consented to buy the Asia Square Tower 1 office working from worldwide venture administration firm BlackRock for a whole of $3.4 billion.

As per a Monday public statement by land consultancy JLL, who prompted on the exchange, the deal will speak to Asia Pacific's biggest single-tower land to date. It will likewise be the second-biggest single-tower land exchange on the planet.
